Back in December we used coffee from this farm as our special release Naughty & Nice. This was the first time we've worked with Kathia Zamora, but we're no strangers to Costa Rican coffees. As I mentioned then, some of my favorite coffees we’ve ever had have been Costa Ricans, and when I learned more about the farm I was even more excited to try it. Super cool fact about this coffee- Kathia Zamora is a member of the International Women Coffee Alliance and her farm obtained the Women Care Certification, representing the family commitment to supporting the empowerment of women in the coffee industry. As we are a roastery that contains zero y-chromosomes, I'm always jazzed to support women in the industry and am thrilled to bring this second offering from the Cloza Estate.
